Assisted the supervisor with staffing-related functions, including selection, hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring of all aquatic division staff in a manner that reinforces the facility’s mission, vision, values, and philosophies.
Assisted with all financial aspects of the aquatics division, including both the revenue and expense budget. Worked with the supervisor to ensure that the financial performance of the division meets budget and follows division and department policies and procedures.

Served on Manager-on-Duty shifts over all city aquatic operations for the day
